The Future Loder Hall

Renovation of Loder and Lesemann Halls

Trustees_at_GroundbreakingOn May 14, 2010, trustees, faculty, staff, students, and alumni gathered for the groundbreaking ceremony for the renovation of Loder and Lesemann Halls.

Loder Hall, when renovated, will feature a student center, student lounge, state-of-the-art classroom, kitchen and cafeteria, modern dorm rooms, and guest suites.  There will also be elevator accessibility to all four floors.

Lesemann Hall will be connected directly to the United Library and will be converted into offices, workroom, conference room, and offices for the Stead Center for Ethics and Values.

This project will have Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification.  Renovation is expected to be completed in August 2011.
