Announcing Our 100% Linked in Ministry Scholarships

The Linked in Ministry Scholarship is given to the first student who is admitted to Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary from his/her conference of the United Methodist Church, who has a 3.3 GPA or above, and who is a registered candidate for ministry.

New Student Orientation 2011

This fall Garrett-Evangelical once again welcomed another class called to become bold leaders for the Church, academy and the world. The students came from places far and wide: from South Korea to Massachusetts; from Arizona to Washington D.C.; and from California to Minnesota. They came from an array of preparatory backgrounds. Some came from studying religion and engaging in ministry, while others practiced law and neuroscience. They are poets, scientists, artists, lawyers, musicians, and now seminarians.

These students have all caught a glimpse of what Garrett-Evangelical can offer as they prepare for a life of ministry, scholarship, and leadership. Come experience for yourself what drew these students to Garrett-Evangelical.
