Expand your seminary experience into two amazing cities

The city of Evanston is our home. Located on the shore of Lake Michigan and just north of Chicago, it features numerous cultural outlets, an excellent public school system, thriving business districts, and many public lakefront recreation activities and beaches.

Chicago is just a short “L” ride away. You can experience the best of what Chicago has to offer – world-class museums, concerts, theaters, miles of beaches and trails along Lake Michigan – any (or every) day of the week!

Parking & Transportation Resources

Parking is available through the seminary, Northwestern University, or the City of Evanston. The Office of Housing and Events has detailed information on parking options and prices. Due to our compact campus and excellent public transportation, students may not need a car. The City of Evanston has many bike trails and students are encouraged to register their bike if they bring it. The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) offers unlimited monthly passes for buses and use of the “L”.
