Meet the Author of the Exvangelicals

Sarah McCammon, host of the NPR Politics Podcast and more, will talk about her latest book, The Exvangelicals. Part memoir, part investigative journalism, the book, out March 19, traces the political and societal impact of the evangelical community in recent decades and McCammon’s own child- and young adulthood experience in the community, as well as those of many other former fundamentalist and evangelical Christians, finding their way to new faiths, new identities, and new political engagement.
