All Old Dorm rooms include access to a communal bathroom, with four persons sharing a bathroom on each floor. Old Dorm residents have access to the Loder Hall kitchen and laundry facilities, just steps away. Students are also just steps from the main building where most classes take place, and a short walk from Lake Michigan, and just a little bit longer to downtown Evanston, public transportation, and many other amenities.
Suite-style living, including a fully-furnished, private bedroom and a fully furnished living area which is shared with one other student. Furnishings include a bed, dresser, and desk/chair for each person in the suite, with a sofa, two easy chairs, a coffee table and bookshelves in the living room.
Single living, including a fully-furnished, private bedroom. A single is furnished with a bed, dresser, desk/chair, bookshelves, and an easy chair. A great option for students seeking a little more privacy in their communal living.

Loder Hall offers communal living spaces such as kitchens, TV rooms, laundry facilities, and prayer/study rooms that are only accessible to residence hall students. Students are also just steps from the main building where most classes take place, and a short walk from Lake Michigan, and just a little bit longer to downtown Evanston, public transportation, and many other amenities.
The Double Living room option which enables students to save costs and enjoy communal living with one other student. Rooms are fully furnished with beds, wardrobes, dressers, desks, and bookshelves for two. Bathrooms are private to the room, meaning you’ll only have to share your bathroom with your roommate.
Tandem living allows students a private room with a bathroom shared with one other person. This is a great option if you’re looking to save a little money but still have a mostly private room.
Single living is our finest residence hall offering, with a private room and private bath. Most rooms include a double bed in addition to the other standard furnishings.
